Vision
 
We will grow our real estate portfolio by the year 2025 to a total net market value of 50 Mio Eur through continuous smart investments in residential or semi-professional places that can be made substantially more attractive, beautiful, harmonious and zen.
We will have developed by 2025 at least 20% of our portfolio outside of Belgium.
We will substantially contribute through our real estate activities to the preservation of the (Brussels) architectural heritage and be recognised for that vision and approach.
We will grow our expertise in the field of sustainable and trendsetting urbanisation and city planning, and on a regular basis be called upon by the public authorities as preferred advisor at those moments that they plan important projects.
